Environmental Sustainability is achieved by maintaining almost 20% of the land as green space, respecting the river reserves, providing green parks and landscaped roads. High quality waste water treatment and energy efficient lighting are also pillars of the development.
Social Sustainability includes job creation in construction, maintenance and management and is conscious of employee health and safely. The design includes community space and house designs build in low maintenance features.
Economic Sustainability is achieved through tight financial management of the service provisions and maintenance regimes with a view to always enhancing value. Our experienced team has adopted new building technologies to improve quality and comfort and reduce maintenance and running costs.
